At Alien Rider, we are committed to providing you with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your options.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
• Custom-made products
• Sale items
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@alienrider.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to us without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@alienrider.eu with details of the issue and photos if applicable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@alienrider.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues promptly and provide a replacement or refund.
